What is Enlightened Moderation

Example 1:
§ Islam: Drinking is prohibited. One should never drink alcohol.
§ Westernism: It's ones own choice. If he wants, he could remain drunk all his life.
§ Enlightened Moderation: One should drink occasionally: Ghaalib chhuti sharaab, per ab bhi kabhi kabhi Peeta hun roz-e-abr-o-shab-e-mahtaab main
Example 2:
§ Islam: Keep fasts of Ramazan, every year. If one wishes, he can also keep fasts on other days of year.
§ Westernism: What’s the sense in remaining hungry and thirsty all day long!
§ Enlightened Moderation: Keep 15 fasts per year.
Example 3:
§ Islam: Adultery is one of the greatest sins. One should not even go near it.
§ Westernism: If one wants to enjoy sex with someone, he/she is not married with, who are others to object?
§ Enlightened Moderation: Be moderate! Get married, but prior to it, live with a girl/boy friend.
Example 4:
§ Islam: Pilgrimage of Kaaba is mandatory to every Muslim, who could afford.
§ Westernism: Why to go Saudia desert, better to go to Switzerland for skiing.
§ Enlightened Moderation: Go to Makka, but return from halfway.
