Oppose the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act (H.R. 4681/ S. 2370).
Dear [Decision Maker],
I urge you to oppose the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act (H.R. 4681/ S. 2370), as it is actually the denial of Palestinians’ right to enjoy benefits of democracy. In its outcome, it will prove to be a Pro-Terrorism act. The Hamas government in the Palestinian territories is a democratically elected government. The United States has a moral responsibility to curb terrorism in the Middle East by supporting an elected government. As Israel has waged war against Palestine, supporting Palestinian government will help reducing terrorism in the region. As an American who enjoys all the benefits of democracy, I believe it is vitally important that Palestinians should also enjoy them. Give a chance to Palestinians; they will opt for peace and security. I hope you agree -- and that you will show it by putting your full opposition against the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act.
